A Little About Me

     Sherri Lojzer is a certified applied neuroscience consultant, corporate trainer & ICF Accredited Certified Professional Coach.  She specializes in working with Adults, Professionals & Entrepreneurs who have been diagnosed with ADHD or struggle with attention, focus, productivity and emotion regulation issues.  Sherri also consults with businesses and organizations to build awareness of how to improve inclusion for neurodiverse team members and clients.

     Sherri has a background as a former corporate executive overseeing multi-location operations & team development, experience bootstrapping several small businesses and her own personal journey with learning to manage ADHD into her role coaching, mentoring, consulting & training to create a more inclusive workforce & employers around the globe.

     Sherri has been engaged in community advocacy for neurodiversity, emotional intelligence, wholistic inclusivity and wellbeing in numerous ways, including  keynote presentations such as 

  1. *Radical Self Care Summit as a speaker
  2. *Ontario Physical Literacy Summit speaker
  3. *Girls Leadership Day  Keynote Speaker collaborated by the Hamilton District School Board & Hamilton Police Services
  4. *Ways to Work Conference held at W. Ross McDonald School for the Blind & later developed & delivered an Emotional Intelligence in the Workplace program for their K-students who are visually impaired.

Sherri has worked in training, coaching and mentoring delivery as an independent coach as well as through collaborations such as:

  1. *Workforce Planning Board of Grand Erie Skills2Advance Program delivering workshops to participants & supporting business engagement with the program
  2. *Developing & delivering programs to social service agencies such as Brantwood Community Services providing pre-employment programming, transitional planning & coaching for adult participants & families 
  3. *Adapting Pre-Employment Training & Coaching supports to adults with developmental disabilities at W. Ross McDonald School for the Blind 

     Currently, Sherri serves as Secretary to the Board of Directors of Woodview Mental Health & Autism Services and is Co-Chairing the Brantford Brant Norfolk Ontario Health Team Board of Governors. Sherri & her partner Dustin welcomed Harmony, a golden retriever puppy into their home for the during the first year of the pandemic, where they raised & trained her in preparation for being placed with a child with autism through Autism Dog Services. Harmony now supports an adorable little guy & his family.

     Sherri & Dusty recently moved to the village of St. George where they are working at transforming a 1911 Farmhouse and the property into their forever home. With their 6 grown children & 4 grandchildren in their blended family they share a love for camping, bonfires & craft beer. Sherri & Dusty fuel their curiosity with a love for travel & a wanderlust as they have explored Ecuador & the Galapagos Islands, Iceland, Northern Ireland &, the Republic of Ireland, Switzerland, Austria, France & Italy.
