As an Online Business Manager in the ADHD space, my goal is to help ADHD entrepreneurs stay in their Zone of Genius by keeping them organized. I implement and manage systems and strategies so they can concentrate on growing their business.

Polymath: a person of wide-ranging knowledge or learning. I have experience as a Web Developer, Video Producer / Editor, Livestream Video Coach, Community Builder, Social Media Manager, Tech Writer, Project Manager, Proofreader, Editor, and Leader. I've also worked in customer service in fast food, a box store, and a bank.

I'm very good at problem-solving - and I don't mean math (though I am good at that as well). I can see the big picture and can break it down into its individual parts. I am not easily overwhelmed because I look at problems as challenges with opportunities to learn and grow.

And because I love to learn, I am excited when anything new comes across my plate. However, I do know when to ask for help or even start over if things aren't working. I am intuitive, so more often than not, I know what someone needs before they ask.

I'm a futurist, early adopter, and cheerleader. I believe in the phrase "we are only as strong as our weakest link," so I am also the most likely to form a company softball team to promote community within. Or oozeball, if you are familiar with South Alabama's yearly tournament.

I am a take-charge kind of person and a natural leader. My communication skills give me the ability to translate technical jargon into words those not in the industry can readily understand. I also work well under stressful situations and can make quick decisions when the situation demands.

My main objective is always to help make people's lives easier. Whether it be by programming something for them, showing them how to do something, finding a solution for them, reading over a document they've written, "handling things that need to be handled", or simply listening to them when they need an ear.
