ADHD-Beyond the Symptoms

Diagnosed or undiagnosed, let's talk about the symptoms that are showing up in your world, and some of the strategies that can help you Live Better, Lead Stronger & Succeed Further.  

Using an applied neuroscience understanding of how our brains work differently, paired with the evidence-based strategies of positive psychology & mindfulness, we will spend 40 minutes creating a better awareness for you.  There will be time for questions at the end and resources to help you get started on making sustainable & consistent changes.

Journaling ADHD Style 

Whether it is processing emotions, tapping into creativity, organizing our thoughts, fleshing out all the steps or prioritizing our to-do lists, journaling is a fantastic tool for ADHDers.  How we use it and why it might work differently for our brains means it can be hard to know where to start.  This 4-week journaling workshop is the precursor to a deeper emotion regulation course and is being offered at no cost.  Limited seats are available so register to hold yours.  Sessions will run on Mondays including July 8th, 15th, 22nd and 29th from 7:30-8:15 am.
