I am a dedicated coach and trainer specializing in guiding leaders, emerging leaders, and adults with ADHD towards achieving their full potential. I have a unique blend of expertise in conscious leadership, mental health & well-being to help you navigate the complexities of ADHD and in fostering growth & resilience.

Sherri was recommended to Family Counselling and Support Services for Guelph-Wellington. We were developing a new strategic direction, implementing organization changes and moving forward into some unchartered waters. We have all sat through horrific strategic planning sessions at sometime and our board feared the worst. After our day with Sherri, they could not stop talking about her refreshing approach and how much work we accomplished in only a single day. FCSSGW now has a new vision and mission statements, values and a cohesive, achievable strategic direction for the next two years. Eye-Opening
My coaching experience with Sherri allowed me to discover more of who I am and how to become more successful. At first I was hesitant, I thought I was doing fine and that I don’t need to be coached. How much could possibly be wrong with my life? I have a job, family, friends and I am pretty happy with myself!
