Hi, I'm Sherri Dockree — and this is MindWave Co.

Burnout and turnover are costing you more than money.

You're losing people, time and your sanity — and you know it.

There's a better way — and it starts with understanding how different brains work, thrive and perform.

I work with leaders and organizations examining priorities and practices to develop plans that improve wellbeing and performance at the same time — informed by deep expertise in how different brains think, work and thrive.

My work sits at the intersection of professional coaching, psychological health and safety, and workplace wellbeing. And yes — I get it from both sides.

Why MindWave Works

When you understand how people actually think, everything changes.

Retention improves. Culture shifts. Performance follows.

MindWave's evidence-based, lived-experience-informed approach helps organizations stop managing around their people and start building with them. Because sustainable performance and genuine wellbeing aren't competing priorities — they're the same goal.

The research is clear: burnout is an organizational design problem, not a people problem. And neuroinclusion gaps are a significant and measurable part of that design.

15–20% of your workforce is likely neurodivergent — and most haven't disclosed
40% higher turnover linked to ineffective inclusion policies
56% of neuroinclusive accommodations cost nothing to implement
30% more productive — teams with neurodivergent professionals in supportive environments

Refreshing

Sherri was recommended to Family Counselling and Support Services for Guelph-Wellington. We were developing a new strategic direction, implementing organization changes and moving forward into some unchartered waters. After our day with Sherri, they could not stop talking about her refreshing approach and how much work we accomplished in only a single day. FCSSGW now has a new vision and mission statements, values and a cohesive, achievable strategic direction for the next two years.

Invaluable

Working with Sherri has opened my eyes to the many facets of my ADHD. Her understanding of the neuroscience of ADHD has proven invaluable to me.

Eye-Opening

My coaching experience with Sherri allowed me to discover more of who I am and how to become more successful. After just one session with Sherri I was blown away at how much I learned about myself. Sherri helped me identify my strengths, weaknesses, and develop action plans to achieve those goals. I have been exceeding targets ever since.

Nicole H. Ontario, Canada
Confidence

Sherri helped me increase my self-awareness & articulate my own feelings & emotions, which I now use to prepare myself for situations I previously avoided. The positive effects have rippled through my professional & personal relationships. My increased productivity has increased my confidence & allowed me to better define my goals, set clear boundaries and have the necessary conversations to maintain that balance.

Thank You

I was embarrassed to share what I was experiencing or feeling because I thought no one would understand or help me. Sherri understands me. I felt an instant connection when we met, and she made me feel comfortable to get vulnerable with her. I saw a boost in my confidence and overall satisfaction in my life after just a few meetings.

Positive Energy

Her energy is so positive that I wouldn't consider anyone else to help me with both my personal and business goals.
