Refreshing...

Sherri  was recommended to Family Counselling and Support Services for Guelph-Wellington. We were developing a new strategic direction, implementing organization changes and moving forward into some unchartered waters. We have all sat through horrific strategic planning sessions at sometime and our board feared the worst. After our day with Sherri, they could not stop talking about her refreshing approach and how much work we accomplished in only a single day. FCSSGW now has a new vision and mission statements, values and a cohesive, achievable strategic direction for the next two years. Her coaching skills are well honed and have been extremely helpful to the teams. Our board, and leadership team, could not be happier with the results!

Thank You!

I was embarrassed to share what I was experiencing or feeling because I thought no one would understand or help me...Sherri understands me. I felt an instant connection when we met, and she made me feel comfortable to get vulnerable with her. I saw a boost in my confidence and overall satisfaction in my life after just a few meetings.
After each coaching session with Sherri, I'm energized and left feeling motivated to tackle the week ahead with the insights and strategies we just covered. The best part about working with Sherri is that I've learned to understand myself better to work more effectively by myself and with others.
I also feel confident enough to be able to share my experiences and helpful strategies with people who express similar feelings when I was hesitant to before.

This is the first time I've invested in myself, and I've learned a lot from working with her.  I've grown mentally and will continue to build up my strength.  Thank you for giving me the space to work with you.

Eye-Opening...

My coaching experience with Sherri allowed me to discover more of who I am and how to become more successful. At first I was hesitant, I thought I was doing fine and that I don’t need to be coached. How much could possibly be wrong with my life? I have a job, family, friends and I am pretty happy with myself! After just one session with Sherri I was blown away at how much I learned about myself and what I took away. Sherri helped me identify my strengths, weaknesses, and develop action plans to achieve those goals. With work, Sherri helped me to develop a system that makes me more productive and proactive and I have been exceeding targets ever since. Thank you Sherri for allowing me to accomplish things I never knew I could and for understanding a better me! I can guarantee that anyone who invests in coaching with Sherri will take something away from it and you will not regret it!!

Woodview Mental Health & Autism Services
Board of Directors Chair

Woodview Mental Health and Autism Services has been strengthening lives and inspiring hope since 1960. We go above and beyond to support children, youth, and adults facing mental health challenges and/or living with autism and hold them and their families at the centre of all we do. We treat everyone with dignity and respect and we embrace diversity. This is reflected in how everyone feels welcomed and listened to at Woodview. We work hard to remove barriers so that everyone can engage in services and we encourage, support and invest in community partnerships to enhance our services. We respond to community needs by providing high quality mental health and autism services that build on strengths and focus on skill-building, coping strategies, relationships, independence, and resilience.

Ontario Health Teams (OHT’s) were introduced in 2019 as a new model of care delivery throughout Ontario. The main objective of OHT’s are to provide a fully coordinated continuum of care for patients, even if the care providers do not exist within the same organization.
